On an old nursery site in Berlin-Mariendorf, the HUGOS district is being developed, creating a new residential area with its own local amenities, daycare center, and parks. Patzschke Architects have contributed the facade concept for the row houses and condominiums. Despite the challenge of tightening budgets, we remain committed to realizing a diverse and appealing design in every context.
